Carrie believes in health at every size and age and wants to help those in her sessions to feel strong and confident in the body they have.  She was an elementary teacher for 15 years and is taking her experience in introducing new skills to her Pilates classes with care and humour. She received her reformer instructor training through Balanced Body and is excited to share the gift of ease of movement that Pilates can bring.

Carrie works with me and what my body can do from session to session. I love the personalized approach.
